Singleton of Dufftown 12 Year Old is a smooth and approachable Speyside single malt, aged in Pedro Ximénez Oloroso-seasoned casks and refill ex-bourbon casks for a rich, nutty, and malty profile. It was introduced to replace the Singleton of Auchroisk and is matured in a high proportion of European oak casks. Tasting Notes: Nose: Malty sweetness with toasted nuts, rich fruit, and buttery toast. Palate: Silky and balanced, featuring orange zest spice, nuts, oak, toffee, and subtle fruit notes. Finish: Medium to long, crisp, and warming with hints of blackcurrant and espresso.
